Pacific West Roofing did an amazing job in the roof. From the beginning to end they were in time and professional. Clearly walk me through all our options so we could make the best choice for our house. They completed the job a day early and cleaned up after. Roof looks great and we are happy with the added ventilation knowing it will help control the moisture in the attic. I was very impressed with Pacific West Roofing. The salesman Brian B. was professional and very knowledgeable. Nester handled customer service and was very responsive to all my questions. The roofing team was amazing. I was delighted to see the job foreman was a female! She and the other female worker and the lone male on the job were terrific. They worked hard and my roof turned out great. They finished ahead of schedule, and the job site was left spotless! When Brian B. did the final inspection, he really tried to find some trash, but was disappointed! Pacific West was not the lowest bid, but I am glad I paid a little more and received quality work and great customer service.

Phil, Nestor, and the whole Pacific West Roofing team did a great job on our project! From initial bid through final cleanup they provided punctual updates, going so far as to regularly send pictures and video of the new roof's progress.
