Poor staff and poorly managed. $90 utilities yeah right! The maintenance guy runs the place and only he is allowed to park by the front door because of the cameras. He stares people down on the property and walks around with closed fist at times and sticks out his chest.

Carly and Betsy were so patient with us while we moved even though they were very busy . They have been very friendly and on top of things since we first got a call back regarding availability from them . Apartments are very nice , the property is very clean and. Wey welcoming. Have not checked out the facilities but they they do have a gym, laundry, pool and convenience store. Our kitties like it so far too :) cant recommend enough for customer service and how quickly they moved to get us in .will leave another review after our 12 month lease is up .

I want to compliment Cordell and his staff for the fine job they keeping the place clean and maintained. Theyre excellent! He is always very cheerful and helpful. Hopefully, your company realizes how important a guy like Cordell is! Kudos to Betsy, as well. Very pleasant and helpful! Thank you!

I recently visited the Independence location and it was such a great experience!! First I love the floor plans! Also the quality of the appliances are impressive. The office staff has been extremely pleasant. Im so excited to move to this beautiful location my friends are going to be so impressed
