DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I made the mistake of using this company for my home inspection. They were negligent when doing the inspections on my new appliances. Three of the appliances that they "supposedly" checked were not working and nothing was written in the report about that. In addition, the inspector didn't even look at the whole roof only a small part of it. There were numerous things that should have been addressed and documented in the home inspection that I had to bring to the attention of the inspector that he did not include in his report. When I reached out to the office and spoke with the office manager and told her about the situation, they took ZERO accountability for their negligence. She said there was nothing they could do about it and HUNG UP on me. Completely unprofessional behavior. I would never recommend using this company after how they handled the situation. I paid almost $700 to this company and this is how they treat their customers. Absolutely disgusting. Services: New-build inspections, Pre-listing inspections, Sewer line scope

Even a year and a half after purchasing our home, we still regularly pull out Premier's inspection and refer to it for the many repairs we need to make on the home over time. The report is detailed, thorough, and has excellent useful photographs. It's time for the roof repairs that they spotted, and even the roofing contractor is glad for this excellent report. I wish I was in the house buying business so I could use Premier more often LOL.

I have used premier home inspection numerous times over the past 7 years. they have inspected 50+ homes for myself and clients. They have always been thorough and quick to get out. Inspectors get a bad wrap because I think some peoples expectations are unrealistic. it is a visual inspection. They cannot assess what they cannot see. Until they have infrared goggles of course all inspectors will miss items. but in my experience they have always gone above and beyond, and been honest with my clients with there findings. Even going as far as fixing small items as they go.

I suggest you avoid this company as they do not do a thorough inspection. They missed a cracked/broken window and then told me that a cracked/broken window is acceptable. They missed extensive dry rot on the roof fascia boards and marked it as acceptable. When I went back to them and questioned this, trying to be reasonable and understand, I got a number of excuses. Now the fascia boards and gutters have to be replaced at my expense.
