Adam helped fix my hot tub which stopped heating. He even helped on the weekend to debug the problem. Hot tub is finally hot again! Thanks.

Misleading, unprofessional, and bad at communication. Adam assured us he could fix our existing tub, failed to do so then sold us a used tub that he now says won't stay hot in the winter. We paid $3500 to have a luke warm bath in our yard. When we spoke to him about it he was aggressive and defensive. He was unreliable and condescending throughout the whole experience.

Wanted to commend the owner, Adam, for his willingness to help us sort through a series of hot tub problems from afar. We are out of his range of service and he took the time to answer all of our calls for advice without hesitation. In the end I drove an hour to his shop to confirm our circuit board was dead. I was running late and he rescheduled his afternoon so he could make sure to meet me in person. I could also tell our test was one of the first things he addressed the next morning, as he called me right away. Total bummer to have to replace a computer system on a newer tub, but totally good to know there are people out there honestly trying to help with no incentive.
