I agree with attempts to contact the company for questions regarding my order that I have not received in 2 months. Left numerous phone messages and emailed 2 addresses I came across with my email. I am sure they will blame it on covid, but it is unacceptable that they can not get back to you . I rate them as a 0 stars

I was using this product for years. And the products areso amazing BUT I tried to deal with Sojourn directly and I will never be doing that again. I have had nothing but troubles. Their customer service is lacking. I never did receive my products and no one has been able to give me answers as to what happened (I'm still trying to get refunded). It was a fight to get a confirmation email (still never got one) or a tracking number. The 'owner' called me and said he would look into it himself but that was weeks ago. My phone calls have gone unanswered. Though, if they think I need to place an order after I've left a message they call me back Immediately! The online chat "help" isnt much better.. I'm not impressed and it's very disheartening that it has turned out so wrong. My recommendation; Try to find Sojourn at your local hair salon, dont deal with them directly..
