Your Life Matters

Gabrielle is incredibly knowledgeable. She is helping me through my grief process by becoming aware of how my thoughts and emotions are affecting my body. I am much more mindful of moving in healthy, safe ways.

Just as I turned a certain age, my son graduated from college, I dialed back my work as a RDNutritionist in Beverly Hills, CA and bought a second home in Southern Oregon. In spite of this all happening during the pandemic, the stars aligned, and I met Gabrielle Pullins. She made it clear she was not a therapist, but would work with as a writing coach. Over the past year, she has used her skill and innate intelligence to help me use writing to tap into my past, understand who I was growing up and who I am now, as I continue the journey to become my true self. She gives me the right mix of challenge and heart. I couldn't be in better hands. My life matters!

Gabrielle helped me when I was really needing it.  I had no idea what a session would be like, but it didn't take long for me to realize that she is VERY tuned in and that she has wisdom-guided hands.  Somehow she was able to "listen" to me and my body and helped me give myself permission to "let go"....  It's not easy to describe exactly!  I think I had physical and emotional issues that are intertwined (like so many of us) and this was a safe and supportive space for me.  I am grateful!
