They worked tirelessly on our Short Sale winning the battle with the banks through hard work, determination and tenacity. There were many times we wanted to give up and during those times Kim would reassure us, listen to our concerns, and was willing to go to any lengths to get the sale through and closed! I don't know if it was the toughest Short Sale they ever did but it certainly would have been understandable if they would have fired US!! Kim and Chris are an amazing team! We are so very grateful for taking on this fight and winning! Terri and Terri Chris and Kim were fantastic. I was a first-time home buyer, and had an inordinate amount of questions. They were patient, informative, and virtually always available. I am incredibly happy with the house I purchased and with how smoothly it all went with their help.They are also very trustworthy. I never got the feeling that they were "pushing" me into a purchase. In the contrary, they were genuinely invested in me finding the house I was most happy with. I recommend them with 100% confidence. You really can't go wrong with them. My home is currently listed with Chris and Kim at Landline. I am so very impressed with their marketing of my home. They are innovative and constantly looking for more ways to expose my home to buyers and other real estate professionals. Their extensive knowledge in the industry is a bonus. Kim & Chris are progressive, responsive and aggressive even after they got the listing! Kim is simply amazing. We lived out of state, which probably makes us a pain to work with. Kim really listened to all my quirky requirements for the "ideal" house-- pretty soon it was like she is in my own head! Kim always takes the time to explain things, which has been so helpful as I am an anxious-first-time-home-buyer.... She also has this lovely mix of drive and determination with humor and down-to-earthness. I trust her completely! I would recommend Kim whole-heartedly over and over again. You really won't go wrong picking her as a realtor-- She deserves more than 5 stars!!!! I was a first time home buyer who didn't really understand the process at all and Kim Knox was so helpful and very available to me all the time. She even helped me understand the finance portion that wasn't really her responsibility! She is great and I tell everyone who is looking to buy or sell a house to give her a call!
