        we have been stuck in rome oregon for 10 months and this place sinclair keeps promising to send a mechanic down to help us...still hasnt happened...do NOT GET STUCK IN THIS AREA...THIEFS AND SCAMMER EVERYWHERE AND LIARS..

        I had a breakdown over an hour away from the shop and the guys worked tirelessly to help in any way they could even working until 1 am to get me back on the road for a big trip that I had only hours to spare to get too! I cannot thank them enough for their good spirits and problem solving that allowed me to get to back on the road in time to make my family trip!
