Make sure they check you in. Ask them am I checked in? Even after they say they checked you in. I waited 50 minutes after checking in trying to be nice and not assume someone didnt know what they were doing before finally asking if they knew how much longer my daughter needed to wait and finding out they never actually checked us in 20 minutes prior to our appointment. The doctors and other medical staff were fine and apologetic but they cant do anything if they are never told the patient arrived. Im a bit disappointed. You would think they would notice a 63 man and his daughter waiting for almost an hour but I guess not

Dr. Wu was very professional, asking all about my daughter's condition and explaining any questions we had. Dr. Wu has a very good interaction with children. I am very grateful to have such an attentive pediatrician in Klamath Falls.

Very nice staff, but they're stretched too thin. They're so busy that they always seem to be scrambling everytime I go there. One of the Doctors was in such a hurry he left my child's chart up, after concluding the visit, for anyone to just come in and see. Little bit of a privacy concern. They're also impossible to get ahold of over the phone, something is almost always wrong with their phone line. I strongly recommend going somewhere else if possible.
