        My dying father tried to amend his will and I left her two messages. Third call, hours later, she replied saying she could not complete our request because she was not well. My father even called her from his hospice bed and she did not respond. As a result, the entire estate/trust/will is completely messed up because of her inaction and inability to accommodate her client's requests. To make it all the more maddening... she did not compose the trust as my father had written it to be, which resulted in thousands of dollars misallocated.
