        My phone broke on me a while back the staff was all helpful they even gave me a loner phone till my new one arrived so I could keep up with my staff at work still don’t know if I’m sold on Verizon’s services but this business is awesome thanks again everyone!

        Linda was a lifesaver!! We recently bought a home near the state park and the day before I was supposed to start working from home, Bend Broadband completely screwed us over and we were going to be left without internet for over two weeks. We came in and talked to Linda and she got us set up with a prepaid Verizon hotspot (our phones are t-mobile so we couldn't use those) and it works great!
