A&P Pump Service

This was our first time needing any well repairs and we are so happy we chose A&P Pump Service. Dave made it out to our place the same day we called. He worked fast, efficiently, and graciously answered all of our questions regarding our well system. He also gave us pointers on how to make the mechanical portions of our well more user friendly and easily accessible for future use. This has been a very positive experience with a locally owned company and we will call A&P Pump Service in the future.

The crew came out and installed a new pump and tank system on 24 hour notice on New Year’s Eve. They were extremely friendly and professional. Additionally, they walked me through the entire installation process as they were installing the new system. I could not be happier with their work! Great job!

Our water went out and they came out right away and fixed it. They are amazing, friendly, down to earth, great price and know what they are doing. I will ONLY go through them!

When I called with no water and told him I was out of town and had my wife and 3 kids at home he said he was getting ready for vacation and didnt know if he could get to us, just wasnt very friendly. Thankful he did come out and replaced the switch. However, after it was replaced the pump was hammering or sounding like the tank was water logged. Tried calling him and left several messages explaining I spoke to palmer's pumps and could be a improperly installed switch or a pressure issue in the tank which should of been checked. Either way palmer said they would look at it for under $100 to fix a and ps mistake. I wanted to give a and p a chance to fix there mistake or to assess and they wanted to charge $130 just to come out even though there is a new problem after he replaced the switch. There was never a problem with it pumping in the first place just the switch was bad. Thought he was rude, and I would much rather put my trust into palmer's pumps instead. At least i know the quality comes with it. Update: palmer verified tank was waterlogged. This should of been address when a and p came out. Palmer filled tank back up and working great like it is supposed too. I would like a partial refund or for a and p to pay my $90 visit that I had to pay extra for something they could of done.
