We worked with Katy and could not be more appreciative of her diligent work. She walked us through every step of the process while it was happening and also outlines any anticipated next steps. When we ended up making multiple offers on three different homes Katy always remained positive and encouraging and responded immediately to us and our relator. She worked hard to make sure all paperwork was completed by the closing date even when some unexpected issues arose on the sellers side. Their portal also made providing paperwork efficient and fast. All together, Katy was wonderful to work with, organized, personable and took the guess work out of our home loan process.

The Eckard team at Prime Lending is hands down the best in Oregon. My wife and I have used Katy Lane, for multiple transactions, Mortgages, Refi, and Heloc loans.
