AVOID THIS LAWYER! I called asking for a quote to draw up a simple revokable trust with my mom's home as the only asset. My mom asked me to do the footwork and find a lawyer she could afford. Instead of providing a basic range quote over the phone, office assistant Cathy sent me a text after our call stating that before the lawyer could quote a price, he had to verify with my mom first that I wasn't coercing her which constitutes elder abuse!!! Since when is asking for a quote even remotely about coercion or elder abuse? My mom even called and told them she wants my help. They told her she would have to pay a fee to sign a paper stating that, but when asked how much, said "oh not very much". So I called the office back to find out the fee and they said $75. Later by text, they told me my mom needed to come into the office in person and pay $75 just to be given a quote! Meaning, if services are out of her price range, she just lost $75 just to find out how much services cost? He just wants the consult fee, which we would be happy to pay if we knew in advance how much services were. Then I read the other reviews and get it now. The lawyer is non-existent and makes his office staff say off-putting things via text on his behalf. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Says he is too busy to sign and witness a simple piece of paper. And get paid actually! Small town guy too big for his small town now! Ethics? Time? Your responding on your day off! Furthermore I needed a piece of paper sign for my father who is dying from cancer! The time you took to write your response would have been plenty
