The Spoon Sushi

The Spoon Sushi is a south coast delight. This small family owned restaurant brings you gourmet foods in a laid back atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating are available. Fresh, local, seasonal authentic flavors! The wagyu steak, sushi, and udon are all excellent. Go often - due to high demand and insistence on quality, your desired item could be sold out! Be sure to take one of the chef's private cooking classes if you can! We had a great time learning how to make Japanese fried foods - veggie tempura and katsu.

This is an amazing restaurant! I have had the Japanese Curry many times and have always been satisfied with the quality and quantity of food. You must stop here when traveling through Langlois, Oregon!!

Having moved from the Portland area this year, we were thrilled to find the Spoon Sushi. We eat here regularly because the food is delicious, the owner/family is wonderful and there is always something new and delicious to try - the flavors from sauces to matcha are amazing. Looking forward to our next visit!

SPOONTASTIC SUSHI We were faithful patrons of the old diner-version of The Spoon and are now delighted to dine at The Spoon Sushi. We are hopeful there will one day be a lively back patio environment like in the recent years past. Getting takeout from here is a dream. The owners are lovely humans and are churning out a handcrafted local product. We've had their tempura, miso soup, sashimi, and sushi. All of it was tasty and a fair price for the ingredients they use. Thank you Spoon Sushi owners for giving the good folks of Langlois a local eatery to call their own. We appreciate you!

Sad to say but the new owner is very rude, asked about the old owners and the diner and was told very rudely that "things change and I have to deal with it" very sad considering I used to frequent this establishment daily.
