        Tasty food, but service was a bummer. Waited nearly 2 hours for two plates to go the food was COLD by the time we finally got it. After we ordered, noticed people coming in & placing their orders as we waited (some dine-in / some to-go), and getting their food before us. After an hour we asked for a refund and was refused. Small portion for the price, and honestly couldnt even eat the rice because of all the stuff they mix into it makes it WAY too salty. Yuck! Not impressed. *edit* After all this time, I learned that this cruddy service (massive wait time, cold food, & new customers being served in no time while youre stuck waiting) is a VERY COMMON PROBLEM at this restaurant.

        So we just waited over an hour for our food to never get it, people coming in and order ing after us got their food. They put the call ins, and the on line orders before ours we WONT GO BACK

        Came from out of town and foound Kento Hobachi Express. All I can say is the food excellent and the staff is super friendly :) Great experience all around
