I live out in the sticks and getting any tradesperson out is a challenge. My job was small (installing a GFCI breaker) but Mike was able to slip me in between some other jobs and was out within three days of me calling. So, I had questions and concerns some electrical issues in my 1959 ranch. A friend recommended the business, and so I called. Mike answered the phone and kindly spent nearly 15 minutes on the phone with me patiently answering a couple dozen noob-ish questions and giving some advice. It was very helpful and enlightening (sorry, couldn't help it). I ended up not hiring him at this time (going to do some more investigating based on his answers), but based on his professionalism and helpfulness on the phone, I would definitely suggest considering them if you need electrical work done.
