Brighten Restoration LLC

I would not recommend this company to do any work. They just want to do a cash grab. They torn my kitchen apart spent two weeks drying it, telling me they want to make sure it dry. But the secret is they charge by the hour for their equipment which is the real reason it took so long. And then they just left. I had to find my own contractors to finish the kitchen and every time one came in they first thing they would say is “ who did the dry out?” Why I ask, “ because they did it all wrong” is their reply. Do not use this company whatever you do.

Top notch company with honest people. They know what they are doing and have the latest and greatest equipment. They show up when they say, they contact you immediately. great company! Highly recommended.

Addressed my water damage quickly and efficiently. The insurance adjuster commented that they had not done any unnecessary stuff (to run up the bill)

We have sent several of our clients to Brighten Restoration to fix home damage. We have always had great feedback from the clients whether it was for mold remediation or water damage, Referring them has been easy.

Very prompt communication! I called and they had a technician (Jerry) out on the property same day. Jerry did a thorough evaluation and gave me options to remove some small mold spots in my kitchen. I still have to decide how to move forward, but I appreciated the professionalism and positive customer service.
