JAM is a very professional and competent roofing contractor. Although they excel in commercial work, I used them for residential on a historic house in Ashland. I had an unusual experience where bird feces damaged a portion of a roof after only 6 years, which had to b e redone. Unfortunately shingle warranties don't cover bird feces! JAM quoted me a reasonable price and handled the situation very professionally. I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them.

We called Jam roofing because we had a small leak on our roof, they scheduled to come out the following day. That day they called and said they had to reschedule, so they said they would come out that following Saturday, no one showed up or called us. My husband then called and left them a message reminding them of the appointment, they never called us back. I can't leave a review on their work since they never did any, but I would not recommend a company that can't even keep an appt.

This is our second experience with Jam Roofing. They replaced a membrane roof and yesterday they repaired shoddy shingle work done by another Contractor. They are professional, do a great job and are reasonable. What more could you ask for?

Jam Roofing is easily one of the best companies I've ever had the pleasure to work with. They were upfront, honest and extremely transparent about costs and estimated completion time. Haley, the project manager, was one of the easiest people to communicate with and David's "down to brass tacks" attitude sold me right from the get-go. It only took them 3-4 days to finish the roof from tear off to finishing touches, and most of that was due to the weather turning south. And to top it all off, when of our fascia boards got split during the job, they sent out a crew the next day to repair it. If you're looking for a company to do any sort of roofing, repairs or gutters, Jam Roofing is who you need to go to!
