Sorry Paul, you had the chance to provide your services to our home. Your sob story at first about losing clients to carpet stores was one thing, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt. I even reaffirmed that I was ready to install and all i had to do was go to Lowe's and pick up the carpet. I assured you that I was honest in using you. Then you flaked, you stopped replying to your messages. Don't worry, we found someone local who did an excellent job. You want good carpet install call anyone but Paul Lettow. Don't fall for a "woe is me" entitled individual. Sorry bud.
