        I thought I would try and manage my money since I just started working (I'm 19 and just graduated in June) but all they have done here is fuck up my account, not once, but twice!! The first time they locked my whole account because I used my atm card at the atm machine at my work, the only atm I had ever used, I had tried to call the help center but had to go in the building to have them fix it, they were extremely rude, so I used an online bank with no issuesThe second time was the other day, I went to cash a check from my old job and they messed up so badly that they had to take it out of my savings, and now my savings look like I'm in 800 dollars in debt apparently they either lost the part of my check they keep or they scrapped it. Dont let your kids open there first account here. If an online bank has better customer service and zero issues, then you'd expect more from an actual bank. If I could, I would have rated this place 0 stars but I couldn't do that.
