        I went into the salon in late January to get a gift certificate for my mom. The salon was up for sale, so I asked if the were closing. The owner stated they were not, that they were just no longer doing the schooling. So I purchased a gift certificate and gave to mom for her birthday. In early February she went by to schedule an appointment and they were closed. The owner had lied to me, and basically stole my money. I am so angry.
