Bought a home that had an air pump installed by O'Leary Air the year prior. I found there was a whirring noise and called Kevin to see if he could check it out. Kevin made it out to my house to quickly troubleshoot the issue. He was thorough in determining what the source of the noise was and then fixed it without charging me for the visit. We had our AC go out this spring, just before a big heat-wave. O'Leary was the first one to respond and was able to come out and diagnose our very old system and give me prices on all the options at my disposal. We went with a replacement unit and lines to make sure everything was fresh. I appreciated hearing all the options before making a decision. They were able to schedule the work and we had our AC running well before the BIG crush of 115 degree days. Kevin was recommended by two of our neighbors who he installed a furnace and a/c for. Kevin installed a new furnace and a/c for us. He and his son we're on-time, offered great pricing, are nice, personable, and did everything they said they'd do. We would definitely use them again and recommend him to more neighbors!

Kevin was thorough and informative. He diagnosed the problem, resolved the issue and then explained what he explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. This is how customer service is supposed to be. Kevin is a true professional and I am going to use his services in the future.
