Ryan is amazing and totally affordable! His attention to detail was . He re-tiled a bathtub and floors in our two bathrooms. He removed/installed new subfloor and replaced our baseboards! We recommend him to all of our friends!

Ryan just finished my beautiful tile shower and floor and I can't recommend him highly enough. He is dependable, reliable, trustworthy, and his work is artistic, thorough and of the highest quality.  He also did my sink backsplash with the same Art Deco glass tile that's in the shower. If there's tile to be done in your home, he's your guy.

Peter did the work for us: filled in an old ceiling fluorescent light fixture bay & replaced with a tube skylight. Superb! Was so easy to work with, neat, informative & hard working. Also repaired a water leak around the chimney roof flashing. I'd recommend Moon (esp Peter) to anyone who needs small to medium projects completed around the house! His next projects with us will be to install our new kitchen floor, remodeling our downstairs bathroom & repair our stairway to the outside deck.

Ryan did a complete bathroom remodel for us. It was an extensive job, with tear out down to the studs, moving the shower and toilet, building a brand new shower, and new tile throughout. Ryan's bid for the job came in thousands of dollars lower than the other bid we received. His bid was very detailed with line items for all supplies and labor costs (unlike some contractors with bids that left a lot to the imagination). He is detail oriented in his record keeping and bids, and that carries over to his planning for the job and execution as well. Ryan was able to plan for the multi-week long job down to the day and gave us a schedule that he was able to follow throughout. It was a 2 month job and he did not get behind. The only delay was with the delivery of shower glass at the end, which was delayed due to snow and bad weather but Ryan was on schedule. Ryan is a good communicator, and he seamlessly coordinated with his subcontractors as well as our designer (hired separately). He went above and beyond with connecting with our designer and any suppliers when there were a few issues that arose. The quality of his construction (including building new shower and bench seat) and the precision of his tile work is impeccable. He strikes me as a very meticulous craftsman and a perfectionist. As far as the cost, as mentioned he came in with a very fair bid compared to others we received. It was very detailed, so all costs were considered before he started the job. There were a few unforeseen issues that became evident after the tear out was completed (Ryan actually mentioned that these issues would be possible depending on how things looked after the tear out), and those were the only changes to his original bid. He communicated all of the necessary changes as they arose and ultimately the total cost of the job was very close to the initial budget (less than 4% over initial estimate). Overall, the job was completed with great skill and adhering to the design specifications. It was completed on-time and essentially on-budget. After working with Ryan, I would have great confidence hiring him for another job and definitely would ask him for a bid for any renovation / remodel job I have in the future.
