Andy Cobb of Coastal Range is GREAT! We have spring water and had quite a problem with the hoses and clamps and water pressure - so in effect, we had no water. Called and talked with Andy and he was out the next morning - on time. Very professional, had everything he needed in his truck, friendly, and I'm so happy with his work. He's a keeper and definitely will use him again.

About a month ago, we got up in the morning as usual and tried to run some water for coffee. No water coming out of the faucet!! I did the usual, breaker panel, pressure tank switch. That wasn't the problem. I really didn't know where to turn because we had lived in this house for 17 years and never had any well issues. However, I knew the day would come when we would. And that day was the day. It was 6am and I was looking at well service company websites. I found Coastal Range Water website and called the number. Andy Cobb, the owner actually answered. Andy said they would be out to my place about 8:30am. I was skeptical. At 8:30am they arrived and determined, yes, it was the pump. Andy, and I think Richard was his name, left to go fetch their pump pulling vehicle and to get a new pump. Andy called about an hour later and said no one in the local area had a new pump. Andy drove two hours up to Canby to get a pump. Then two hours back. They came back and pulled my pump, replaced the old wiring, replaced the old pipe, and replaced the pump. We had water at the house by 8:30pm that evening. My well is 600 feet deep. I was amazed and so very grateful for the service provided by Andy Cobb and Coastal Range Water! I would certainly use them again and highly reccomend them as well.

Andy and Richard have been impressively responsive on the several occasions that I've needed help with repairs to an aging water system. They make every effort to come on site, quickly assess the situation and get an action plan in place, minimizing the stress and inconvenience of living in a home on a farm with no water. I am grateful for their promptness, politeness and professionalism. I recommend them without reservation.

In addressing two current and nagging problems with a well and well pump, Andy Cobb and Richard deserve more than 5 stars for their response, service, expertise, and timely attention to the situation. From our first call to the office, scheduling, arrivals at the times designated, through diagnosis and resolution of the problem, we could not have had better service. We recommend Andy and Coastal Range Water without reservation.

You never think anything until something happens bam no water coming outta the faucet, so you think its a breaker, NOPE . You look over everything and try to problem solve... NO LUCK..! So you give coastal Range a call theyre already booked out but Andy the owner, says hello get someone out this afternoon..Andy was out to our house about 40 minutes later we check over everything twice and come to find out 400 feet down our well pump is no good so he gives us the number so we can get temporary water in our holding tank, and I thought I might see him in a couple days and he calls me at 5:30 PM to let me know that hes gonna come back out here and try to get our well going I was blown away by the service they didnt leave till it was done me being a business owner this speaks highly volumes because its the same models in service that we do dependable quick service does the job right the first time knowledgeable really appreciate him and his well tech guy Richard they took away part of their evening with their family so they could make sure that my family had water.!!! 935 pm he was complete As to not hinder his schedule in the morning like I said I recommend these people to anyone now great company great service give them a call they will help you out..!
