Oak Lodge Water Services - Customer Service

The totally lied to us when they said the efficiency of combining services would save the consumers money. In fact, rates have only gone up. So, who saved the money? Not the consumers - that's for sure! Someone is either pocketing the extra $$, or they have become magically less efficient for some reason, again, the antithesis of what they sought to accomplish. So, higher rates, less efficiency, and/or someone(s) pocketing the money, or is it a combination of two, or of all three? I think the clackamas Democrats should look into the rollout of this failure. But, hey, they will work on your payments of you miss one, how to catch up if you're down is a mystery.

What a joke. Oak Lodge just sent one of their goons to my house to give me a shutoff notice, at the same time they left me a voicemail about how Ive overpaid on my account and have a credit. What a joke. Dont come on my property again

Lazy, rude, and incompetent staff that only care about covering their own asses, rather than providing the service I am legally obligated to buy from them. I feel sorry for anyone who has to use this utility as it is easily the worst I have ever had to deal with.

This is just for the billing website. It does not work and often does not recognize my credit card information that I use for all my other accounts. Worst bill pay site I have ever used. Also, since the site doesn't work right, it would be nice if they at least included a return envelope. :(
