Paul went above and beyond to help. It was Saturday at 4:30 in afternoon when we called he was at our place within the hour. He then proceeded to work non stop for over two hours while the wind was gusting at over 20mph until the job was done. Thank again Paul.

I called to have our septic pumped and were scheduled for the following Saturday. Due to weather issues, it was rescheduled to the next Tuesday. They never showed, never called...nothing. I called the next morning and was told it was because of the weather, but it was above freezing and the roads were great. Didn't understand this explanation at all and would've liked to have the person at least acknowledge their lack of response. Called another local company and they showed up within 2 hours. I won't recommend this company.
