Francisco and his crew exceeded my expectations! I had a hazardous tree near my home and Quality Tree Service was very responsive to my needs. They were able to take down the tree by the following day. It’s hard to find Tree companies with that level of responsiveness and honesty. Highly recommend for any tree service job!

Jose accepted a job to trim 30' cedar hedge for $1000 on a time sensitive project. Date was arranged for him to arrive on one of two days at his convenience. Jose and francisco's crew never showed up, and I left multiple voice mails and emails to Jose's attention. None of the email's or phone messages were acknowledged or given the courtesy of a reply to explain. Opportunity to work on a second project did not work out to either parties satisfaction after their communication gaffe. Be careful working with them and make sure they communicate with each other if you use them on a project.

I called Francisco to have a tree a removed and the stump ground. His crew was professional, punctual and very courteous. They are also extremely fast. My experience with them was great! I would highly recommend using them to anybody.

They sold their old landscaping truck to me 3 months ago and lied about everything. The truck is completely underivable now. When I was buying the truck, I specifically asked them if there's anything major that needed to be fixed. I even said that I understood that used cars often have minor issues, which I wasn't not concerned with. However, major issues would be helpful for me to know. They said there was no major issues. Right after I bought it, I immediately noticed that the key that they gave me didn't work on any of the locks. When I texted them about this, and they said they key was working before. So I trusted them. Maybe it's just a worn key. I got a locksmith to rekey the locks. However, after rekeying, the locks still didn't work. It turned out the entire lock cylinder was missing - the main component of a lock. It wasn't a key issue at all. There's absolutely no way that the previous owner didn't know about this. This was lie #1. They refunded some of my money to cover the lock and still claimed that they didn't know about it. I didn't want to believe them, but still gave them another chance. However, thing got way worse after that. At the beginning of October the engine began misfiring, and I took it into a shop. I found out that the previous owner had replaced one of the spark plugs with one a size too big, perhaps as a solution to stripped threads instead of doing the common tap-and-rethread job with a mechanic. That choice may have saved them a couple hundred dollars, but ended up doing long term damage to the truck, costing thousands to repair once the spark plug needed to be replaced again. Given that the other spark plugs were newer than the bad one, this problem must have been clear to them since the last time they had their spark plugs replaced. Rather than owning the mistake of their cheap repair job, they hid that information and passed the ticking time bomb off to me. This was lie #2. I'm now out thousands of dollars without a working truck. I would not trust this business owner ever again.
