The assistant manager Tara provided me with the worst service ever received in my experience. She was lazy, rude and obviously does not enjoy her job. I will drive miles out of my way to avoid that miserable attitude. I will also make it a point to tell as many people as possible. Avoid spending your hard earned money and time at this gas station.

The manager at this place needs to be fired and I plan on filing a report with shell. While parked in my truck my kids where getting out to go run in she comes out of the store guns blazing comes over to my window and tells me I need to get out of the handicap spot I am parked in. When I tell her I am handicap she then counters in a nasty tone where is your pass. To which my wife then responses its on the plate. Because I am a paralyzed war veteran whose spinal cord is servered leaving me unable to move from the waist down. Yes I am 33 yrs old but what she did to me and my family was a complete profiling case. My wife went to the store and took our daughter's out without buying anything. You will never have our business again.

I had to call here for my job. And the manager named Renee, also mentioned quite a bit already, cussed me like a dog and wouldn’t let me explain to her the things she needed to know being she is the manager. I’m starting to feel like Shell doesn’t care ab the treatment of people when they have to go to their stores or communicate with them. Miserable people don’t belong in customer service.
