They are constantly out of money due to mismanagement and the failure to keep reserve dollars.
Everyone gets the special treatment when you are being recruited but disappears after your hired and then the reality sets in of what you got yourself into.
The Owners need to go away and let those that are hired to manage run the companies instead of always re-inventing themselves.
Do not go to work for any of the Companies as you will regret it.
