They let me swap in a pair of brake pads in the parking lot and they have a nice spot on the side that's concrete and mostly level. I had my own tools but happy that they let me work on it in the parking lot. Typically the best place to work on your car because if you need something tool wise they're going to have it inside to purchase.

My cars check engine light came on. So I stop by for them to do a check. I then realized I need to get a tow truck. I started to have a anxiety attack. This guy that worked their got me a chair and helped me to calm down from my anxiety attack. They called a few shops in town to see where I could take my car to. Since I was out of town and didnt know any good shops in pendleton. When the tow truck guy got their for my car the guy in o.Reilly let the tow truck guy know what was going on. Im very glad OReilly employees was their to help me in the time I needed help. Their is some really caring people in the store. I just wanted to tell them THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME THAT
