Below is a original review I wrote 5 days ago and submitted to trustpilot. Upon pick up of my vehicle I was told by shop mechanic, that my interior windshield tinting was ruined in two places, by the devices camera and antenna. So now I need to have that replaced as well. I suggest nobody uses this company. It's a raquet to take your money and keep the shops busy doing unnecessary re-calibrations, due to vehicle battery constantly dying, as a result of slow draw from equipment and wiring. I want at least 5 lock out fees reimbursed. I want my $1100.00 reimbursed, for having to replace a alternator that likely wasn't even bad. I want my window tint paid for, I'll take a picture in a moment. I want the cost of battery and installation reimbursed. No I'm not happy, at all. Just because we're required to have a blo n go, doesn't mean these people have a right to take advantage of us. I'd also like to note that when I was picking up my vehicle, another lady in the lobby of shop, said she'd replaced two batteries in 1month and had the same experiences as me.

Are they paying people to write good reviews. This device in particular has been nothing but problems. I've had the Dreager in the past, until I bought a Porsche and the company I was going through for re-calibrations wanted an exorbitant amount to install. I'd had Dreager in a BMW, a Lincoln Navigator and Mercedes SUV, with zero problems. The specific device offered and installed in my car, through this company, is comparable to a flip phone. I've experienced so many errors with this device from intoxalock and I've let customer service know my concerns. They always claimed it was my car. So after doing my due diligence, trouble shooting and taking responsibility I spent $1,100.00 to replace my alternator. Guess what same 'no start' due to dead battery. So after alternator replacement, I bought new battery and paid to have it installed, because it's a Porsche the battery isn't easily accessible. So that was another $300 installation and $200 for battery. Which was cheap!! I left old battery at shop to have them leave on charger overnight, to tell me whether the removed battery was good or bad. Low and behold, the battery that was taken out was good. Since all of this, I've had to purchase extra long jumper cables. Just in case my car won't start in a compromised location, where extra long cables would be beneficial. I've also had to buy two different types of chargers. One to keep in my car and one on rollers to keep in my shop. Still dead battery constantly. This company claims it has nothing to do with device that they supply, I say otherwise and am treated like all issues are from my car. Yet I've spent a couple thousand in the last year to solve the problem and still having issues. The customer service they offer may be outstanding. Their devices that they have installed in your vehicle are subpar at best. Having the device removed as we speak and looking forward to not having to deal with their equipment nuances any further.
