My boyfriend and I broke down just outside of Pendleton this week. We needed a battery desperately. Despite our impossible distance from the only open auto shop that was closing in 20 minutes, I called with hopes of figuring something out. They told me to call Robs Speedy Delivery. I was a bit confused at first, because at this point they closed in 15 minutes. I called and got Carolyns direct line. She is the manager. Turns out she was in La Grand (about 45 minutes away). Shockingly, she told us she was able to be at the ORileys in La Grand in the now 10 minutes before they closed, and drive the battery to us. And she did. I literally couldnt believe it. We would have had to pitch our tent in the rest stop that night. Not only did she drop what she was doing that instant and save our night, she was beyond kind and friendly. She gave us an amazing discount because she felt bad we were in such a pickle. Just wow. Many people would take advantage, I again was astonished. Thank you so much Carolyn and Rob! I wish I could give you 10 stars!

My customer was half way thru a project and ran out of material. I could get him more but it would have taken a week. An end of the day phone call to RSD with the information they needed and they had the material picked up in a different state first thing the next morning and delivered to us by noon! My customer was relieved and thrilled. I was thoroughly impressed and grateful. I'd recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again and again. Thank you Carolyn and Robs Speedy Delivery!
