        I had a great experience at Healing Motion. I saw Dr. Ashlee Roderick during my third pregnancy to prepare my body for delivery and post-partum. My recovery was a lot faster than from the previous birthing. I continued treatment after birthing to strengthen my core and pelvic floor muscles, and I gained confidence in my body to resume physical activities a lot faster too.

        I decided to start physical therapy after breaking my ankle and needing a bit of help to get it back to 100%. Jill was amazing in helping me with my recovery and l highly recommend Healing Motion! My ankle feels worlds better after coming here for a few weeks.

      A homegrown, born and bred Alaskan, Mel joins Healing Motion Physical Therapy after relocating to Oregons Willamette Valley. Mel graduated with honors from the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a general degree in psychology and later earned, with distinction, her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northern Arizona University in 2011. Mel then returned home to Alaska and served the Matanuska Susitna Valley in the outpatient orthopedic setting for the following seven and a half years. She
