Had a handful of 100+ foot fir trees right next to my shop that needed removed. One was severely rotten. Luke was thorough and transparent throughout the bid process, and he gave me numerous options and considerations for the project. Ended up having a crane assist with removal. He worked me into his schedule promptly and executed the job as promised. Exceptional experience start to finish. He and his crew are professional and very easy to work with. Luke and his team were on time and very courteous form the time they started work until they completed. They were none stop for eight hours and accomplished 1/2 days more work then expected. This is the third time I have had the pleasure of them doing work for me. Its absolutely a pleasure having them to my properties. Luke, the owner is so experienced and manages every aspect of the work with perfect precision and they leave the site picked up and clean. I highly recommend them, bar none. Big's Tree service are experts in large tree removal. They had the best prices in town for my large Pin Oak that needed to be removed and they took care of it very efficiently. They were responsive to my concerns and communicated well every step of the way. I highly recommend them for any large tree removal, or other work.

Big's provided outstanding and high quality tree removal and pruning. They prioritized the health of trees and protection of our home, including removing a tree that required working above our house. They completed the job as proposed and on-time, cleaned up all work areas and had little impact on yard and surrounding landscape.
