This park burned down when the Alameda fire hit in Sept. of 2020. Everything has been taken to the ground, So how can people be leaving comments about this place since then? I lived here a few years before the fire and loved it. Most of the neighbors were great, but like any small community, we had some people that just liked to spread lies. It is my understanding that the owners of the property are putting in new "modular's" and going to create a whole new community. All I can say is beware and read any contracts very well before you sign up to live in the new place because before the fire, the owners were trying to get everyone to sign leases that would last many years in which the rent would eventually increase so much that it would be close to impossible to afford it. Esp. the seniors that lived there, who were on a fixed income!
