Knapps Service & Appliance Repair

After using our stove a couple days ago, I smelled that rotten egg smell of natural gas. Called NW Natural and a technician showed up in less than an hour to say it was either the flex line or the flex line adapter going into the stove that was leaking. They gave me a number to call to get a repair company out. The company that called me was Knapps. They took down my info and said I'd get a call that evening with an appointment window the next day.Their technician called me that evening and gave me a 1-3PM window. The next day he showed up slightly before 1. Within 20 minutes we had a workings stove again and this time, no egg smell (I know because the gas detector showed everything was clear after the repair). The technician even wore booties inside the house.Solid service from Knapps Service and Appliance Repair. Thank you!

Super friendly workers. Only problem I had was a small mistake they made but theyve already completed fixed and made up for the issue

Called 4 times. Never got a person and left messages each time. They never called back. We moved on and got an appointment from their competition. I guess Knapps has plenty of business and doesnt want anymore. If thats the case they should at least tell callers that on the answering machine.

Honest service and repair, they let me know when repairs would be more expensive than just buying a new appliance.
