This review is for Isabel, who was really helpful and patient. It took us 1.5 hr just to get an authorization code to log in BOA app since my dads debit/credit card was expired and his account was temporary deactivated, Isabel helped calling the customer service and tried her best to help solved our problem. (Its so stupid that we were sitting in front of a real person, real staff while she couldnt have authorization to get us the code for safety reason and even she had to call the 1-800 number and waited like forever)
