Performed inspection and cleaning , found defects but couldn't do repairs . They didn't have knowledge or experience in repairing masonry fireplace heaters and referred me to expert in Port Townsend,Wa.

I called to get pricing on a Chimney Sweep. Was Quoted $349. We also wanted a Quote on sealing our Chimney. A guy came out and then Quoted $399 for a Chimney Sweep. I then called in and was told the new price was $449. Be careful with this company, seems liked I was being scammed.

The first tech that came out to do the work on my house, did a sub par job. After contacting Dellet and David the branch manager they both listened to my concerns and took care of me with great professionalism and in a timely manor. Igor was sent to my house and did a fantastic job correcting the issues I had and at no cost to me!

The person who serviced my chimney was very thorough and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to interact with someone who clearly cares about what he is doing and takes great pride in his work. Highly recommend.
