Overpriced with the worst installation practice, I have ever seen. This was my 3rd flooring project in a 10 yr span as I have moved & upgraded. Jim Rozos was their rep & dishonest. I ordered beautiful hardwood for more than 25k. What I received was vinyl plank & cheap knockoff, damaged base boards & unfinished trim, it has been over a year and my ugly replacement floors are still not finished. Once they got their money, I was constantly told, "your choice is not available", but this will save you money, I never got a refund, never got floors finished, never got the damages corrected. What a rip off. My daughter had her floors done a month after mine, she used lumber liquidators and got beautiful hand scraped hickory for 80% less than what I paid for plastic, which included professional installation. They even replaced some of her base boards. I cannot recommend & if you choose to use get a detailed itemized invoice up front & do not pay until finished. You WILL get ripped off.
