Poor customer service. Roof cleaner showed up five hours late was unable to finish promised to come back the today. as yet have not seen the roof cleaner and it is 4 PM contacted the company twice today to find out when the cleaner thought he might be here office workers promised to call me back to let me know when I could expect the person to arrive. no return call received.called office later in the day they again promised to call me back. No effort has been made so let me know when the job will be completed. The lack of professionalism and consideration for customers shown by this company will prevent me from recommending her ever using them again
