Always excellent communication, quick responses and prompt follow through. Its obvious that he cares about his clients and works very hard to provide the best customer service possible. Absolutely recommend using Eric. Been with him for close to ten years and wouldnt think of switching.

Eric has been my agent for 3 years now. I had another company before him and I couldn't be happier. He is available to talk whenever I have questions, no matter how small, and gives a personal feel to insurance. He beat my old company's pricing too! Run, don't walk to Eric for all insurance needs.

Eric Lindberg has been an outstanding agent for me. He has periodically reached out to review and update my policies, giving me explanations and scenarios so I can make an informed decisions. I always feel good about my coverage after one of our annual reviews. Oh and he saves me money.

As I was in the process of buying my first home, I was recommended to talk with Eric and his team to see if switching to Country Financial from Liberty Mutual made sense. I'm extremely glad I took that advice. Eric and his team's customer service is top notch. Every time I speak to Eric or anyone on his team, it's very apparent that taking care of me as a person is the first priority, and that makes a big difference when it comes to an insurance provider. I feel like the insurance policies I have for home and auto meet my specific needs, and importantly, I don't have any sense that I'm paying for any type of coverage that I don't feel that I need. Eric and his team take the negative experiences out of thinking about and dealing with insurance. While that's a simple statement, it's an impactful one, and it means a lot to me. It's also why I highly recommend anyone reading this and the other reviews to strongly consider working with Eric and his team!
