I am exceptionally happy with the outstanding, personalized service that I receive from Trico and our long time agent, Cliff Erikson. I started using them for business insurance for one company and purely as a result of their great service and friendly attitude, they now manage all of my insurance needs (two businesses plus personal.) Cliff is very knowledgeable and is always willing to shop insurers for us to make sure we are getting very competitive rates, which we are. The best part about them is their professional yet friendly way of doing business. They have always been cheerfully willing to go the extra mile for us, and that has happened fairly often. I give them my highest recommendation if old fashioned, personalize service is important to you (and it won’t come at the expense of your rates – they find good rates!)
