        Unprofessional services. Julie Ellsworth, a representative who works there, was very short tempered, withheld explanations of services and was so rude I switched immediately to another State Farm office. State Farm is good, but stay away from this office.

        Ridiculous. It's taken a month and five phone calls just to get a simple declaration page for my landlord to have my proof of renter's insurance. I STILL haven't received it and no one seems to know what's going on. I'm so disappointed in how this agent handles client cases, especially since I've been with State Farm for a while. I will be switching agents as soon as possible.
