I had this company install a new roof less than 2 years ago. First, they didn't come out to take a look at the roof, but still gave me a reasonable quote. Then they upped the quote because someone didn't do an aerial view or something. Then they (legit) had to add plywood under the new roofing, but if they would have come out to do the quote they probably would have been able to not dump that surprise on me, but they split the cost with me. However, not 2 years later, my roof leaked INTO MY HOUSE, and the company appears to have vanished. That means there's no warranty on my roof that they installed incorrectly. They nailed THROUGH the flashing. I get to pay more for a repair on a roof that shouldn't have been leaking after less than 2 years. If they get back into business, go somewhere else. Over $12k paid (was quoted $7800 originally), plus another $5k+ to fix THEIR mistake. Service: Roof installation
