Western Pacific Roofing - Portland

I was/am in need of a new roof. WPR did several houses in my neighborhood within the last year. I recd a total of 4 estimates including Western Pacific Roofing all using the same manufacturer for the shingles and the same warranty with each so I could compare apples to apples. Three of the bids came back within $1000 of each other however the bid I received from Western was over $5000 more. To me during COVID-19 this is just gouging. Clearly I opted not to work with this company. I did call to speak with the owner and let him know my experience and have yet to hear from Alan. I might highly recommend getting another estimate to compare against this company as they clearly tried to take advantage of me with their bid...I don’t know how else they can justify a $5k difference on a $14k roof. This will be the first of many negative posts.

Western Pacific Roofing did a great job from start to finish on my new roof. They did an excellent job and everyone was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

I am a rental owner and have used West Pac Roofing many times over the last 15yrs and have been very satisfied with their products. price is always competitive and the cleanup has been spot on. I would definitely recommend this company.
