I scheduled a visit for an estimate, to have all our windows replaced. The day came and went, nobody showed up or contacted me to explain what was up. I rescheduled after contacting the business owner. It's now 20 minutes after our scheduled time, and once again nobody is here & nobody has contacted me to say why. I guess that makes choosing another company easy for me! Weird way to run a business.

Mike came into my home asking me about my windows. I had already done my research and told him exactly what I wanted.I thought that would be easy. He said great, you got it! He said they would be installed no later than 4 weeks. Week 4 came along, week 5, week 6. I then said nevermind, I don't want them anymore. He literally refused to cancel my order stating that I only had 3 days to cancel when in their own paperwork it states that you can cancel at anytime and if it's after 3 days, then there's a 30% restocking fee. I was ok with losing a few grand and saying no, I don't need them. I decided to place my home on the market and that's why I didn't need them anymore. He argues and said they're going to be delivered. Well, when they were delivered, they had ordered the wrong windows. I wanted triple pane and they had delivered a much lower quality double pane. I wanted a rebate from the Energy Trust of Oregon as well as a better efficiency rating and that's why I wanted the triple pane. He said that's what I ordered and that's what I'm getting. Not only that, after that conversation they sent me the bill for the remaining half BEFORE they installed them stating that now they need payment in full when in their agreement it states half up front and half at install. I then spoke with the owner Russ. He also said sorry, if you want the triple pane that's going to be another 6 weeks minimum and another $10k. They completely refused to do work with me. I then told them I do not want them installing my windows. Russ said ok, the windows are paid for so they're yours. I said ok great. Thank you. Then what do I get? Another bill stating I still owed $$ when he clearly stated I had already paid for them. They denied my cancellation, they ordered the wrong windows, they went back on their word and wanted full payment BEFORE installing, then they said I paid for the windows in full, then I received another bill. I never saw any detailed invoice from them so I was supposed to simply take their word on everything. They never assumed responsibility for any of their actions. I also run a business and I would never run it like this. Avoid this company!!
