        The actual project went well once it started. There were a few scheduling hiccups to startwhich I understand happens sometimes but communication was really poor. There were a couple of issues with site clean up and things being installed crooked that we would have liked to get resolved. A customer service rep called me to ask if there were any outstanding issues right after the project completed. I told them what they were and they said would follow up but never did.
