Cameron came buy and did a great job on the gutters, windows and roof. He was very thorough and extremely professional.

We've used these guys in the past. The first time the guy was fantastic. He did a stellar job. The next time we got someone less experienced and it was so-so. I decided to ask for the original guy back. They confirmed the date and that he would be coming. No one showed up. Turns out they never actually put it on the books. I gave them another chance and rescheduled and they said the same guy would be coming. Then I got a call a few days before saying he wouldn't be coming and they were sending someone else. I was really frustrated at this point and nearly cancelled. If it wasn't that I had an event to host soon and didn't have time to look for someone new I would have. He did do a good job. he missed one window. When I saw this I asked him and he said Oh yea I got it. It wasn't cleaned. but other than that my windows do look nice. I'm always disturbed how much banging the ladders make on my siding when they slam them against the house. I know they need them to be stable. I just worry that when I find a crack in my siding that it could have been these ladders. I wish there was a gentler way to do that. I don't think the company really understood how to make a customer happy.
