I was there last week. I was asking for specific change and was very appalled by the clerk answering that he already got that specific currency. That he regularly buys out specific change when it arrives. I will be closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere.

The most fraudulent and corrupt banking system in America, should be all you need to know. They can hire as many smiling faces they want, with their fancy colognes and perfumes, flaunting their latest TJ Maxx purchases, and it still doesn't repair the extremely flawed and delayed payments/deposits processes, the horrendous online system or the fact that they take money when they want...but oh you want your money within 24 hours of deposit??psssshh

I don't personally bank at Wells Fargo, but once a month I deposit my rent there. The lobby is clean and Covid-compliant, the staff is outstanding- friendly, fast and easy to work with. I'm in and out and on my way, but always after a quick chat and a nice word. We need more of that- especially in banking.
